Rhode Island Heavy Stretch Elastic is designed to be a bit stiffer and offer more "kick" to its stretch than other elastics. It is perfect for making an exposed waistband to top off a gathered skirt or pants. Machine wash and tumble dry. Unaffected by chlorine bleach or popular laundry detergents when used as directed. Will withstand temperatures up to 200°F. Roll 1.5"x 10yd White- 68% polyester and 32% rubber.
