T-Square Sewing Ruler by Collins

12" ruler with a 4" "T". Flexible, thin, see-thru. Inch and centimeter scales. Cut-out slots for measuring and marking parallel lines at 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8" and 3/4" from edge of ruler. Also use to measure and mark location of buttonholes and to measure and mark bias strips.

Instructions:

Top and bottom slots on long arm of T may be used for marking and measuring. By using the edge of the ruler and one of the slots you can mark several parallel lines. BUTTON,BUTTONHOLES - Determine location of first button hole, move the T-Square up or down keeping the same measurement from the edge of the fabric then mark parallel to first line. BIAS STRIPS - measure an equal distance from corner of material then mark a straight line between the two points. Continue marking by using the slots in the ruler or moving the ruler. You will note a hole on the bottom of the ruler which will enable the home sewer to hang the T- Square on a hook for easy storage.
