Center To Trim Guide by Collins

Accurately centers design to mark blocks for trimming.

Instructions:

1. Place the center hole of the guide as close as possible to the center of your design. Adjust the guide until the horizontal and vertical edges of your design are equal in distance from the center hole. Mark the center of your design with a water erasable marker, pin, or erasable pencil. Holding the guide in place, find the correct number to mark the size of your trimmed block. (remember, the number will be half of the measurement of your trimmed block.) Make a mark at this number. Following the lines for this number, mark all 8 holes for this size square. You will have horizontal.vertical and diagonal markings. 2. Remove the guide. Using the straight edge of the guide, connect the marks by drawing a straight line. 3. Trim on the drawn line with a pair of sharp scissors or use a rotary cutter and ruler. Complete your project with a perfectly centered and perfectly trimmed design.
