Returns & Exchanges:

• Your satisfaction is important to us.
• If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of its arrival for a Return Authorization number.
• Returns sent without a Return Authorization number can not be accepted.
• Return Authorization numbers are valid for 14 days from date of issue and returns can not be accepted if received after 14 days.
• Items must be in new, saleable condition to receive a refund.  Please be aware that certain environmental factors in your home (pets, smoke, etc.) may affect a product.  Soiled items or those with noticeable odors will not be accepted for refund.
• Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

• A restocking fee of 35% will be charged on returns when a quantity of 20 or more of any single item is returned.
